The invention discloses a large segmented module transfer block which comprises a rectangular shell-shaped block body formed by fixedly connecting an upper segmented block beam panel, a lower segmented block beam panel, a front segmented block beam vertical plate, a rear segmented block beam vertical plate, a left segmented block beam sealing plate and a right segmented block beam sealing plate, wherein the upper segmented block beam panel and the lower segmented block beam panel are horizontally arranged, and the front segmented block beam vertical plate and the rear segmented block beam vertical plate are vertically arranged. The two ends of the lower portion of the block body are each fixedly connected with a segmented block support. The invention further discloses a machining method of the large segmented module transfer placing pier. The machining method comprises the steps that S1, waste plates of shipbuilding are used as raw materials of the large segmented module transfer placing pier; s2, the waste plate is subjected to plate face polishing and derusting machining or simultaneous machining of polishing, derusting and welding through the transfer block welding and polishing tool; and S3, after welding is completed, the large segmented module transfer placing pier is manufactured. According to the invention, the large-scale module is hoisted to the laying piers in a segmented manner, then is transferred by the flat plate, and is integrally placed without being hoisted away by a crane after being transferred in place.

    本发明公开了一种大型分段模块转运搁墩,包括由上下两块水平布置的分段搁墩横梁面板、前后两块竖直布置的分段搁墩横梁竖板及左右两块竖直布置的分段搁墩横梁封板固定相连而成的矩形壳体状搁墩主体,搁墩主体下方两端分别固定连接有一个分段搁墩支座。本发明还公开了大型分段模块转运搁墩的加工方法,S1:利用船舶制造的废弃板材作为大型分段模块转运搁墩的原料;S2:通过转运搁墩焊接打磨工装对废弃板材进行板面打磨去锈的加工或进行打磨去锈与焊接的同时加工;S3:焊接完成后即制成大型分段模块转运搁墩。本发明将大型模块分段吊至搁墩上后平板再进行转移,转移到位后整体放置,不需起重机在进行吊离。
