The invention discloses a method for hoisting an ultrahigh superstructure block on an ultra-large container ship, which is mainly used for hoisting the superstructure block with a complete structure of the ultra-large container ship, and aims at solving the problem that the hoisting capacity and the hoisting height of a gantry crane are limited through a reasonable hoisting method and reinforcing design. The problems of carrying interference and superelevation after the structure of the superstructure is complete are solved, and the hoisting safety of the superstructure on the premise that the structure of the superstructure is complete is ensured. The hoisting scheme comprises a hoisting ring on a cab deck, structural reinforcement, temporary reinforcement and a gantry crane steel wire rope. The problem of structural integrity of the superstructure can be solved, the dock period is shortened, high-altitude operation is reduced, and meanwhile the hoisting safety of the ultrahigh superstructure is guaranteed.
