The invention relates to a marshalling dynamic de-marshalling method, marshalling dynamic de-marshalling equipment and a medium for virtual marshalling of a train, and the method realizes non-stop switching from a virtual marshalling operation state to a moving blocking operation state. Smooth transition from relative distance braking curve vehicle control to absolute braking distance curve vehicle control is achieved. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that both efficiency and safety are taken into account in the decompiling process.
