The invention discloses a spherical traction device, a semi-trailer and a use method of the spherical traction device, and relates to the technical field of vehicle traction devices.The spherical traction device comprises a spherical tractor which comprises a traction pin ball, and the traction pin ball is connected with a spherical groove spherical pair of a saddle body; the saddle comprises a bottom plate, guide teeth which slide relative to the bottom plate are symmetrically connected to the two opposite opening and closing ends of a saddle body located on the bottom plate, and the guide teeth are connected with a limiting plate and a limiting plate which penetrate through the bottom plate respectively. The action system comprises a pushing air cylinder, and the pushing air cylinder pushes the limiting plates on the two sides to drive the guide teeth to open the two ends of the saddle body; the two ends of the second return spring are connected with the limiting plates correspondingly, and the saddle body is closed by tensioning the guide teeth through the limiting plates. And the locking system controls an electromagnet to be powered on and powered off through a signal system, and a locking pin in the electromagnet extends into or is separated from a locking hole of the saddle main body and is used for locking or separating the saddle main body on the bottom plate. And the side-tipping moment is prevented from being transmitted to the tractor to cause larger impact force.

    本发明公开了一种球形牵引装置、半挂汽车及球形牵引装置使用方法,涉及车辆牵引装置技术领域,包括:球形牵引器,包括牵引销球,牵引销球与鞍座主体的球形槽球面副连接;鞍座,包括底板,位于底板上的鞍座主体相对开合的两端对称连接相对底板滑动的引导齿,引导齿分别连接有贯穿于底板的限位板、限定板;动作系统,包括推顶气缸,推顶气缸推动两侧限位板带动引导齿将鞍座主体两端打开;第二回位弹簧的两端分别连接限定板,通过限定板拉紧引导齿将鞍座主体闭合;锁止系统,通过信号系统控制电磁铁通断电,将电磁铁内的锁止销伸入或脱离鞍座主体的锁止孔中,用于在底板上将鞍座主体锁紧或分离。防止侧倾力矩传递给牵引车造成较大的冲击力。
