The invention relates to an intelligent driving system based on brain waves, a control method and a vehicle, and the intelligent driving system comprises an automobile with a steering-by-wire mechanism as a control system; the automobile is provided with an intelligent driving system in control connection with the steering-by-wire mechanism, and the intelligent driving system can control steering and driving of the steering-by-wire mechanism. The system further comprises a brain wave compiler, a verification system, a big data remote monitoring mechanism, an authorized action mechanism and a function safety mechanism. The verification system receives the driving signal compiled by the brain wave compiler and transmits the driving signal to the authorized action mechanism; the big data remote monitoring mechanism remotely monitors the brain wave compiler and the authorized action mechanism; the function safety mechanism can monitor the operation states of all the modules, and once an abnormal signal is found, the abnormal signal is directly reported to the big data remote monitoring mechanism for processing. The steering wheel operation mechanical response speed is high, the situation that a driver cannot conduct accurate steering operation due to a visual angle blind area during steering is effectively avoided, and efficient and safe driving of an automobile is guaranteed.
