The invention discloses a method for suppressing metro stray current leakage by adopting an intelligent robot, which comprises four parts of current acquisition, current leakage judgment, signal receiving and sending and fault processing, and is characterized in that a coaxial cable is connected to a train hub, and a galvanometer, a data acquisition unit and a PC (Personal Computer) are sequentially connected; the real-time monitoring of the grounding current of the train is realized, when the current waveform displayed on the PC is changed, the moment is recorded immediately and is compared with the recorded train position data, and the steel rail section where the current leakage occurs is determined; and after the fault section is determined, the power monitoring system sends fault information and a maintenance instruction to the robot, and stray current leakage is processed through various maintenance functions of the robot. According to the invention, the labor cost is effectively saved, and the leakage point can be found quickly and more effectively; the stray current leakage can be effectively inhibited, so that the harm caused by the stray current is avoided.
本发明公开了一种采用智能机器人对地铁杂散电流泄漏进行抑制处理的方法,包括电流采集、电流泄露判断、信号接收与发送、故障处理四个部分,将同轴电缆接在列车轮毂上,并依次连接好电流计、数据采集器、PC机,实现对列车接地电流的实时监测,当PC机上显示电流波形发生变化时,立即记录这一时刻,并与记录的列车位置数据相比对,确定发生电流泄露的钢轨区段;在确定好故障段后,电力监控系统将故障信息以及维修指令发送给机器人,通过机器人的各种维修功能对杂散电流泄露进行处理。本发明有效节省了人工成本的同时,能够快更有效地发现泄露点;可以有效地抑制杂散电流泄露,从而避免杂散电流产生的危害。
