The invention relates to an electric vehicle charging fault intelligent diagnosis method and system and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a first data set in a preset time range after an electric vehicle enters a charging mode, and the first data set comprises environment parameters, BMS charging parameters and charging equipment state parameters; extracting a plurality of feature attributes of the first data set to generate a second data set; inputting the second data set into a preset fault diagnosis model to obtain an output result; and judging whether a fault occurs or not according to the output result. According to the invention, the fault can be intelligently diagnosed according to the data obtained in real time, the detection efficiency and accuracy of the charging fault are improved, and the reliability and safety of the charging process are ensured through real-time fault early warning.
