The invention discloses a fault diagnosis method and device for a controller, electronic equipment, an electric vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a first DC bus voltage before starting the power supply of a load, and enabling the controller to carry out the power supply control of the load; acquiring a second direct current bus voltage after the power supply to the load is started; judging whether the voltage difference between the first direct-current bus voltage and the second direct-current bus voltage exceeds a preset voltage threshold value or not; and when the voltage difference exceeds a preset voltage threshold value, determining that the bus capacitor in the controller is abnormal. The DC bus voltage before and after the load is supplied with power is collected, whether the difference value between the DC bus voltage and the voltage exceeds the preset voltage threshold value or not is judged, then the fault position in the controller is rapidly positioned, and the situation that heating of a battery switching device is caused by bus capacitor faults, and consequently the whole equipment breaks down is avoided; and the use safety of the whole equipment is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种控制器的故障诊断方法、装置、电子设备、电动车及存储介质,其中方法包括:获取对负载启动供电前的第一直流母线电压,其中,控制器用于对负载进行供电控制;获取对负载启动供电后的第二直流母线电压;判断第一直流母线电压与第二直流母线电压之间的电压差是否超过预设电压阈值;当电压差超过预设电压阈值时,确定控制器中的母线电容出现异常。本发明通过采集对负载供电前后的直流母线电压,判断二者之间的差值是否超过预设电压阈值,进而快速定位控制器中的故障位置,避免因为母线电容故障导致的电池开关器件发热,进而导致整个设备的故障,保障了整个设备的使用安全性。
