The invention provides an indoor man-machine coexistence microorganism killing robot. The indoor man-machine coexistence microorganism killing robot comprises a killing system and a moving system. The rotating motor rotates in the forward direction to drive the screw rod to rotate, the ultraviolet lamp holder, the excimer deep ultraviolet lamp tube and the light filter tube which are installed on the ultraviolet lamp holder rise, the spring trigger switch installed on a cylinder in the robot lamp shell is bounced into the ultraviolet lamp holder to be connected with the excimer deep ultraviolet lamp tube, and the battery module supplies power to the excimer deep ultraviolet lamp tube. The excimer deep ultraviolet lamp tube is turned on; and when charging is returned, the rotating motor rotates reversely to drive the screw rod to rotate, the ultraviolet lamp holder and the excimer deep ultraviolet lamp tube and the light filter tube which are mounted on the ultraviolet lamp holder descend and retract, the spring trigger switch is extruded back into the robot shell, and the excimer deep ultraviolet lamp tube is automatically powered off. 222nm deep ultraviolet rays emitted by the excimer deep ultraviolet lamp tube are harmless to human bodies, and can be used for disinfecting and killing in indoor places where people move for a long time, so that a sterile and safe environment is established.
