The invention provides a remote intelligent inspection method and device for a wind turbine generator. The device comprises a device main body, a solar cell panel, an image acquisition and adjustment device, a high-definition camera, a thermal imager, an adjustable cantilever, a helicopter propeller device and a handheld remote control terminal. Energy storage is achieved through the solar cell panel, and endurance energy is provided for the high-definition camera and the thermal imager; the acquisition direction and angle of the high-definition camera are adjusted through the image acquisition adjusting device; the high-definition camera and the thermal imager are used for photographing and recording the scene condition, and then the scene condition is transmitted to background software through a 4G signal; the angle position of the vertical lifting propeller device is adjusted through the adjustable cantilevers at all levels, and upward lifting force is provided. The device is remotely controlled through a handheld remote control terminal, and image information collected by the device is observed; the system has the characteristics of long endurance time and high information acquisition precision.

    本发明提供一种风电机组远程智能巡检方法及装置,包括:装置主体、太阳能电池板、图像采集调节装置、高清摄像机、热成像仪、可调节悬臂、直升螺旋桨装置、手持遥控终端。通过太阳能电池板实现能源储备,为高清摄像机、热成像仪提供续航能源;通过图像采集调节装置对高清摄像机的采集方向和角度进行调节;通过高清摄像机和热成像仪对现场情况进行拍照、录像,然后通过4G信号传输到后台软件;通过各级可调节悬臂对直升螺旋桨装置的角度位置进行调节并提供向上的升力;通过手持遥控终端对装置进行遥控,并观察装置采集到的图像信息;本发明具有续航时间长、采集信息精度高的特点。
