The invention discloses a double-ship pile turning method for deepwater ultra-large steel piles. The double-ship pile turning method comprises the following steps that ships are in place according to designed positions; a pile lifting device is arranged at the front end of the steel pile, a pile locking rigging is arranged at the middle-rear part of the steel pile, and a tail hook is inserted into the tail end of the steel pile; the first lifting hook is connected with a crane ship A, the second lifting hook is connected with a crane ship B, the first lifting hook is connected with a steel pile tail hook and a pile locking rigging through a lifting beam, and the second lifting hook is connected with a pile lifting device. The crane ship A and the crane ship B lift and translate the steel pile above the sea surface; the distance between the ships is kept, the crane ship A lowers the first lifting hook, and meanwhile the crane ship B is matched to move forwards till the steel pile reaches the vertical state; and the crane ship B keeps still, and the crane ship A continues to lower the lifting hook until the steel pile reaches a vertical state until the tail hook and the pile locking rigging fall off from the steel pile. The construction efficiency is greatly improved, the construction period is shortened, and the construction cost is saved.

    本发明公开了一种深水超大型钢桩双船翻桩方法,包括以下步骤:船舶按照设计位置就位;钢桩前端布置吊桩器,钢桩中后部布置锁桩索具,钢桩末端插入尾钩;吊钩一与起重船A相连接,吊钩二与起重船B相连接,吊钩一通过吊梁连接钢桩尾钩与锁桩索具,吊钩二连接吊桩器;起重船A和起重船B提升并平移钢桩至海面以上;保持船间间距,起重船A下放吊钩一,同时起重船B配合向前移动,直至钢桩达到垂直状态;起重船B保持不动,起重船A继续下放吊钩一直到钢桩达到垂直状态,并且直至尾钩与锁桩索具从钢桩脱落。本发明大大提高了施工效率,降低了施工工期,节约了施工费用。
