The invention relates to a crane roller speed reducing mechanism, which is characterized in that a traditional brake pad is improved into a gentle brake, and a brake plate is braked by a split friction plate on the gentle brake pad; the split friction plates comprise the driving friction plate and the driven friction plate, the driving friction plate is attached to the braking vane to conduct friction extrusion during braking, the driving friction plate slides after being extruded and rubbed, and the driving friction plate extrudes the driven friction plate to enable the driven friction plate to move outwards. The arranged driven friction plates also rub the brake plate, and along with the increase of clamping and friction force, one or more arranged driven friction plates rub the brake plate, so that the brake plate completes required braking; the braking process is step-by-step, smooth and stable, and jumping of the winding drum steel wire rope in the braking process is avoided.

    本发明涉及一种起重机卷筒减速机构,通过将传统的刹车片改进为平缓制动器,利用平缓制动片上的分体摩擦片对刹车板制动;分体摩擦片包括主动摩擦片、从动摩擦片,主动摩擦片在制动时先贴合刹车板进行摩擦挤压,主动摩擦片受挤压摩擦进而滑动,主动摩擦片对从动摩擦片挤压,使从动摩擦片向外移动,因为不但主动摩擦片对刹车板摩擦,设置的从动摩擦片也对刹车板摩擦,随着夹紧及摩擦力的增大,设置的一个或者多个从动摩擦片均对刹车板摩擦,使其完成所需制动;该制动过程,循序渐进,平缓稳定,避免了在刹车过程中卷筒钢丝绳发生跳动。
