According to the dismounting device and the dismounting method for the tower arm of the tower crane, the problems that in an existing dismounting mode of the tower crane, hoisting equipment cannot cover a working arm, and the construction difficulty and the potential safety hazard are large are solved. The device comprises a walking trolley, a supporting arm, a reinforcing cable and a traction piece, the supporting arm is composed of a first supporting arm and a second supporting arm which are arranged at an included angle and hinged to a walking trolley bearing support, the two ends of a steel strand of the reinforcing cable are connected with the top ends of the first supporting arm and the second supporting arm respectively, and the two ends of a bandage of the reinforcing cable are connected with the second supporting arm and a working arm respectively. One end of a steel wire rope of the traction piece is connected with a winch fixed on the working arm, and the other end bypasses a pulley at the top end of the first support arm and is connected with a lifting hook. The dismounting method comprises the steps that the dismounting device is installed on the working arm, the walking trolley drives the dismounting device to slide to the end along the working arm, the tower arm standard knot is dismounted and hung on a lifting hook of the traction piece, and the winch retracts and releases a steel wire rope to lift the dismounted tower arm standard knot.

    本发明的一种塔式起重机塔臂的拆卸装置及其拆卸方法,针对现有塔式起重机拆卸方式存在吊运设备无法覆盖工作臂,施工难度及安全隐患大的问题。它包括行走小车、支撑臂、加固索及牵引件,支撑臂由呈夹角设置并铰接于行走小车支承支座的第一支臂和第二支臂组成,加固索的钢铰线两端分别与第一支臂和第二支臂顶端连接,加固索的绑带两端分别与第二支臂和工作臂连接,牵引件的钢丝绳一端与固定于工作臂的卷扬机连接,其另一端绕过第一支臂顶端滑轮一并与吊钩连接。拆卸方法:将拆卸装置安装于工作臂,行走小车带动拆卸装置沿工作臂滑行至端部,拆卸塔臂标准节并将其悬吊于牵引件的吊钩,卷扬机收放钢丝绳吊运拆卸的塔臂标准节。
