The invention provides a posture adjusting method for balanced hoisting in hoisting of a large structure, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: S1) setting hoisting points: setting a hoisting plate, and setting a plurality of hoisting assemblies above the hoisting plate to form a plurality of hoisting points; (S2) hoisting monitoring points are arranged, specifically, a plurality of monitoring points are arranged below the hoisting plate at least in the circumferential direction; s3) assembling the hoisting monitoring component: assembling the hoisting monitoring component through an assembling table positioned below the hoisting plate, wherein the assembling table can be adjusted in postures in at least two directions; s4) adjusting the posture of hoisting balance: monitoring the hoisting information of each hoisting assembly by utilizing a hoisting monitoring assembly, and when the hoisting information of the plurality of hoisting assemblies is the same, realizing the posture adjustment of the balance hoisting in the hoisting process; and when the hoisting information of the plurality of hoisting assemblies is different, the hoisting assemblies are adjusted, so that the information of the hoisting assemblies is the same.
本发明提供大型结构吊装中平衡起吊的调姿方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:S1)起吊点的设置:设置起吊板,并于所述起吊板上方,设置若干个起吊组件,形成若干个起吊点;S2)起吊监测点的设置:于所述起吊板下方,至少于周向,设置若干的监测点;S3)起吊监测组件的装配:通过位于所述起吊板下方的装配台装配起吊监测组件,所述装配台至少具备两个方向姿态的调整;S4)起吊平衡的调姿:利用起吊监测组件监测每个起吊组件的起吊信息,当若干个起吊组件的起吊信息相同时,则实现起吊中,平衡起吊的调姿;当若干个起吊组件的起吊信息不相同时,则通过调整起吊组件,使得其信息相同。
