In order to improve the reliability of the capturing process and reduce the requirement for the attitude control precision of a service satellite, the invention provides a spatial three-dimensional large-tolerance flexible on-orbit capturing device which comprises a plane tolerance mechanism, an axial supporting mechanism, a connecting and separating assembly and a flexible capturing head, the axial supporting mechanism is installed on a guide rail of the plane tolerance mechanism and does linear motion along the guide rail, and the plane tolerance mechanism enables the guide rail to rotate around a rotating shaft through the rotating shaft. The connecting and separating assembly and the flexible capturing head are mounted at the end part of the axial supporting mechanism; the axial supporting mechanism controls the flexible capturing head to stretch out or retract from the connecting and separating assembly through a rope and a spring and controls the connecting and separating assembly to lock or separate a target. The flexible capture head is used for capturing a target.

    为提高捕获过程的可靠性,降低对服务星姿态控制精度的要求,本发明提供一种空间三维大容差柔性在轨捕获装置,包括:平面容差机构、轴向支撑机构、连接分离组件和柔性捕获头;所述轴向支撑机构安装在平面容差机构的导轨上,沿导轨作直线运动,平面容差机构通过转轴实现导轨绕转轴旋转;连接分离组件和柔性捕获头安装在轴向支撑机构端部;所述轴向支撑机构通过绳索和弹簧控制柔性捕获头从连接分离组件中伸出或缩回,并控制连接分离组件对目标进行锁定或分离;柔性捕获头用于捕获目标。
