The bionic buffering energy-absorbing leg comprises a main leg body, an auxiliary leg body and a buffering mechanism arranged between the main leg body and the auxiliary leg body, and the buffering mechanism comprises a first buffering structure, a second buffering structure and a third buffering structure which are arranged upwards from the upper end face of the auxiliary leg body in an unlimited sequence; the first buffer structure is of a bionic thin-wall structure, the second buffer structure is of a bionic foam core structure formed by inwards forming a cutting groove from the outer side circumferential surface of the cylindrical foam core structure, the depth of the cutting groove is gradually increased from bottom to top, the third buffer structure is of a bionic honeycomb structure, and the bionic honeycomb structure comprises at least one honeycomb assembly. Each honeycomb assembly comprises a plurality of honeycomb units arranged in sequence, each honeycomb unit comprises a circular unit cell and regular pentagonal unit cells symmetrically arranged on the two opposite sides of the circular unit cell, and one vertex of each regular pentagonal unit cell is directly or indirectly connected with the circular unit cell. The bionic buffering and energy-absorbing leg is good in buffering and energy-absorbing effect and light in weight.
