The invention provides an offshore wind-solar combined power generation floating foundation capable of adjusting the orientation of a photovoltaic panel. The offshore wind-solar combined power generation floating foundation comprises a foundation structure, a sliding rail device, a photovoltaic platform and a rotary locking device. The foundation structure comprises a central stand column and six side stand columns. The sliding rail device comprises an outer sliding rail and an inner sliding rail; the outer sliding rail and the inner sliding rail are both of an annular structure, the outer sliding rail is fixedly installed on the tops of the side stand columns, and the inner sliding rail is fixedly installed on the top of the center stand column; the rotary locking device comprises a fixing lock and a transmission gear device; the transmission gear device is installed on the top of the side stand column. The fixing lock comprises a lock cylinder and a locking piece. A lock cylinder lifting column and a transmission device used for driving the lock cylinder lifting column to ascend and descend are arranged in the locking piece. The top of each side stand column is fixedly provided with one lock cylinder. The problems that a pile foundation fixed type ocean photovoltaic power station is high in manufacturing cost and is mainly suitable for a sea area with the shallow water depth are solved.

    本发明提供一种可调节光伏板朝向的海上风光结合发电浮式基础,包括基础结构、滑轨装置、光伏平台和转动锁定装置;所述基础结构包括中心立柱和六个侧立柱;所述滑轨装置包括外滑轨和内滑轨;所述外滑轨和所述内滑轨均为环形结构,所述外滑轨固定安装于各所述侧立柱顶部,所述内滑轨固定安装于所述中心立柱顶部;所述转动锁定装置包括固定锁和传动齿轮装置;所述传动齿轮装置安装于所述侧立柱顶部;所述固定锁包括锁芯和锁定件;所述锁定件内部设置有锁芯升降柱和用于驱动所述锁芯升降柱升降的传动装置;每一个所述侧立柱顶部分别固定安装有一个所述锁芯。本发明解决了桩基固定式海洋光伏电站造价较高且主要适用于水深较浅的海域的问题。
