The invention relates to a method for improving passive safety of a non-bearing type passenger car. The method comprises the steps that a two-stage crushing type car frame is adopted, a front-strong and middle-weak crushable car body framework is arranged, and a five-point type seat is fixed. The two-stage crushing type passenger car frame is created for the first time, the energy absorption area is arranged at the front end of the frame, the folding buffer area is arranged in the middle section of the frame, the car body deceleration during collision of the passenger car is effectively reduced, and injuries to passengers in the rear row of the passenger car can be reduced; a crushable passenger car body framework is adopted for the first time, a car body deformation area is moved backwards to the rear portion of a cab, the living space of a driver is effectively protected against invasion, and the safety of the driver is protected; a floor and side wall combined five-point seat fixing mode is adopted for the first time, it is ensured that the seat is fixed firmly and does not loosen, and passengers in a vehicle are restrained on the seat in cooperation with a safety belt for use, so that casualties caused by the fact that the passengers are thrown out are avoided; based on the existing process and technical level, the method can be realized through the strength design of the frame and the body, and the passive safety performance of the passenger car is greatly improved.

    本发明涉及一种提高非承载式客车被动安全性的方法,包括采用两级压溃式车架,前强中弱可压溃车身骨架设置和五点式座椅固定。本发明首创两级压溃式客车车架,在车架前端设置吸能区,车架中段设置折叠缓冲区,有效降低客车碰撞时的车身减速度,能降低后排车内乘员所受伤害;首次采用可压溃式客车车身骨架,使车身变形区后移到驾驶室后部,有效保护驾驶员生存空间不被侵入,保护驾驶员安全;首次采用地板及侧围组合五点式座椅固定方式,确保座椅固定牢靠不松脱,配合安全带使用,将车内乘员约束在座椅上,避免乘员甩出造成人员伤亡;本发明基于现有工艺及技术水平,通过车架及车身的强度设计即可实现,大大提高客车的被动安全性能。
