The invention discloses an underground electric carry-scraper and a self-electricity-changing system and method thereof. The underground electric carry-scraper comprises a high-voltage control unit; the main battery pack is connected with the high-voltage control unit, the output end of the high-voltage control unit is connected with the power input end of the carry-scraper, and the main battery pack is used for supplying power to the carry-scraper in a working mode; the auxiliary battery pack is connected with the high-voltage control unit, and the auxiliary battery pack is used for receiving the charging of the main battery pack in the working mode and disconnecting the charging when the main battery pack is fully charged; the battery changing unit is connected with the high-voltage control unit and the auxiliary battery pack, the auxiliary battery pack is further used for being switched into a battery changing mode when the electric quantity of the main battery pack is insufficient, and the auxiliary battery pack supplies power to the battery changing unit and the carry-scraper in the battery changing mode. The integration degree of the battery replacement process is higher, the carry-scraper completes battery replacement in a self-sufficiency mode, investment of external matching devices is reduced, cost is reduced, and meanwhile efficiency is higher.

    本发明公开了一种地下电动铲运机及其自换电系统和方法,包括:高压控制单元;主电池组,与所述高压控制单元连接,所述高压控制单元的输出端与铲运机的电力输入端连接,所述主电池组用以在工作模式下给所述铲运机供电;副电池组,与所述高压控制单元连接,所述副电池组用以在所述工作模式下接收所述主电池组的充电,并在充满电时断开充电;换电单元,与所述高压控制单元连接,并与所述副电池组连接,所述副电池组还用以在所述主电池组电量不足时切换为换电模式,所述副电池组在所述换电模式下,分别给所述换电单元及所述铲运机供电。换电过程集成度更高,铲运机自给自足完成换电,减少外部配套装置的投入,减少成本,同时效率更高。
