The invention relates to an electric driving system design method, which comprises the following steps of: determining parameters of an electric driving system according to driving condition data of a whole vehicle, and further determining parameter values of a driving motor matched with the parameters, namely, firstly, calculating a change relation of required torque and required power of the whole vehicle along with time according to common driving conditions of the vehicle; then, the change relation of the torque and the power along with the rotating speed is derived, torque-rotating speed percentage distribution statistical data are obtained through a statistical analysis method, the distribution frequency of the working points of the driving motor can be obtained through statistical analysis, and common data points of the driving motor are designed as continuous working points and high-efficiency points of the driving motor. By adopting the design method provided by the invention, the economical efficiency of the whole vehicle is remarkably improved on the premise of meeting the dynamic property requirement of the whole vehicle, and the driving mileage is favorably increased.

    本发明涉及一种电驱动系统设计方法,根据整车的行驶工况数据来确定电驱动系统参数,进而可以确定与之匹配的驱动电机的参数值,即:先根据车辆的常用行驶工况计算出整车的需求转矩、需求功率随时间的变化关系,进而推导出转矩、功率各自随转速的变化关系,通过统计分析方法,得到转矩‑转速百分比分布统计数据,可以统计分析出驱动电机工作点的分布频率,将驱动电机常用的数据点设计为驱动电机的持续工作点及高效率点。采用本发明所提供的设计方法,在满足整车动力性需求的前提下,显著提升了整车的经济性,有助于增加续驶里程。
