The invention belongs to the technical field of oil refining and chemical engineering, and particularly relates to an ultra-large pressure vessel folding method. According to the method, folding of the ultra-large pressure vessel is completed through the five steps of designing and manufacturing a folding jig frame, conducting design, model selection, manufacturing and installation on a temporary lifting lug, marking and placing a jig frame ground sample line on a folding site of the ultra-large pressure vessel, arranging buttresses according to the ground sample line, placing the jig frame on the buttresses and folding all single-section barrel bodies. By the adoption of the ultra-large pressure vessel folding supporting formwork, the using amount of water pressure saddles is effectively reduced, the manufacturing period of a folding jig frame is shortened, and cost is saved. The gantry crane and the SPMT are combined for folding, so that the folding cost is reduced, and meanwhile, the operation space is reduced.

    本发明属于炼油化工技术领域,具体地涉及一种超大型压力容器合拢方法。本发明通过设计并制造合拢胎架、对临时吊耳进行设计选型制造并安装、在超大型压力容器合拢场地标注放置胎架地样线、按照地样线布置支墩、并在支墩上放置胎架和将各单段筒体进行合拢五个步骤完成了超大型压力容器进行合拢。本发明通过超大型压力容器合拢支撑模板的采用,有效的减少了水压鞍座的使用量,缩短了合拢胎架的制作周期,节约了成本。本发明采用龙门吊与SPMT组合的方式进行合拢,不仅减少了合拢的费用,同时减少了操作的空间。
