The invention provides a shielding device and method for reducing electromagnetic radiation of a wireless charging system, the shielding device comprises two electromagnetic change modules, one electromagnetic change module is connected with a power supply end, the other electromagnetic change module is connected with a load end, each electromagnetic change module comprises a coupling coil, a ferrite plate and an ultrathin silicon steel sheet which are arranged in sequence, the ferrite plate covers the orthographic projection of the coupling coil, and the ultrathin silicon steel sheet covers the orthographic projection of the coupling coil. The invention has the beneficial effects that a ferrite and ultra-thin silicon steel strip composite shielding structure is adopted to guide, regulate and control a magnetic field, a high-conductivity material generates eddy current to form a reverse magnetic field to suppress a leaked magnetic field, and the coupling degree of the coupling coil is improved through a comprehensive effect, so that electromagnetic radiation can conform to a safety standard, and the transmission efficiency of a system is improved; the weight and the size of the device can be reduced, and the application range of the device is widened.

    本发明提供了一种降低无线充电系统电磁辐射的屏蔽装置及方法,包括两个电磁变化模块,其中一个电磁变化模块与供电端连接,另外一个电磁变化模块与负载端连接,所述电磁变化模块包括依次设置的耦合线圈、铁氧体板、超薄硅钢片,所述铁氧体板覆盖耦合线圈的正投影,所述超薄硅钢片覆盖耦合线圈的正投影。本发明有益效果:采用铁氧体和超薄硅钢条复合屏蔽结构,对磁场进行引导调控,高电导率材料产生涡流形成反向磁场对泄露磁场进行抑制,综合作用提高耦合线圈耦合程度,不仅可以使电磁辐射符合安全标准,提升系统传输效率,还能降低装置的重量和体积,扩宽了装置的适用范围。
