The invention relates to a signal lamp and variable lane area level planning control system and method, and the method comprises the steps: adding dynamic elements with the credibility higher than a set threshold value into a high-precision map through comparison and screening according to the sensing data of a roadside sensing device and an intelligent network vehicle; the cloud calculates congestion information based on the received data information, updates dynamic elements of a high-precision map, and broadcasts road information to the intelligent network connection vehicle; the cloud side plans traffic light time and variable lanes of the intersection according to the data of the high-precision map and the weight of the road section; and the cloud end issues new regulation and control information to the roadside RSU, the vehicle end and the electronic guideboard. Compared with the prior art, the method is based on dynamic elements of a high-precision map, coordinates and controls the states of the signal lamps and the variable lanes in the area through unified planning of the cloud, can effectively improve the passing efficiency, and is not only suitable for traffic roads at the present stage, but also suitable for traffic roads after vehicle-road collaborative construction is completed in the future.

    本发明涉及一种信号灯及可变车道区域级规划控制系统及其方法,该方法包括:根据路侧感知设备以及智能网联车辆的感知数据,通过对比筛选,将可信度高于设定阈值的动态要素添加至高精地图中;云端基于接收的数据信息,计算出拥堵信息,更新高精地图的动态要素,同时将道路信息广播给智能网联车辆;云端根据高精地图的数据,结合路段的权重,规划路口的红绿灯时间和可变车道;云端下发新的调控信息至路侧RSU、车端以及电子路牌。与现有技术相比,本发明以高精地图的动态要素为基础,通过云端的统一规划,以协调控制区域内的信号灯和可变车道的状态,能够有效增加通行效率,不仅适用于现阶段的交通道路,也适用于将来车路协同建设完成后的交通道路。
