The invention relates to the technical field of port comprehensive informatization management and communication, and discloses an intelligent port dispatching command system for coping with container trucks. Comprising a database server, a BDS receiver serving as a base station component, at least one BDS wireless terminal, a video monitoring subsystem, a GPU server provided with a vehicle path planning subsystem and a BDS server provided with a distributed processing subsystem. The invention also discloses an intelligent port dispatching command method for coping with the container truck. The method comprises the following steps: S51, acquiring the current positioning data of the container truck through the distributed processing subsystem; s52, acquiring a real-time picture and pushing the real-time picture to a genetic algorithm software module; s53, establishing an operation path calculation model of the container truck; s54, performing image recognition based on a convolutional neural network; and S55, establishing a container truck path optimal planning model and sending the container truck path optimal planning model to a vehicle path planning subsystem. The target of intelligent port dispatching and commanding is achieved, and the port operation efficiency and the safety protection level are improved.
