The invention discloses a hoisting construction method for a large-tonnage ultra-long assembly type diaphragm wall component, and relates to the field of hoisting of assembly type diaphragm wall components. The hoisting construction method comprises the following steps that S1, the component is horizontally hoisted to a servo overturning table, and an anti-toppling supporting component is installed; s2, the servo turnover table drives the underground diaphragm wall component to turn over, and the underground diaphragm wall component is gradually adjusted to be in a side standing state; s3, a follow-up overturning table is installed at the foot position of the underground diaphragm wall component; s4, the end, away from the follow-up turnover table, of the diaphragm wall component is lifted, and the follow-up turnover table automatically adjusts the angle according to different states in the component lifting process; and S5, the vertical hoisting state of the diaphragm wall component is adjusted. According to the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, the slenderness ratio of the underground diaphragm wall component during hoisting is increased, so that the deformation resistance of the component in the hoisting process is improved; and the follow-up overturning table is further used for protecting the foot part of the diaphragm wall component and effectively sharing the load of the crane, so that the safety risk in the hoisting and aligning process is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种大吨位超长装配式地连墙构件起重吊装施工方法,涉及装配式地连墙构件吊装领域,其包括以下步骤:S1、构件平吊至伺服翻转台,并安装防倾倒支撑构件;S2、伺服翻转台带动地连墙构件翻转,逐步将地连墙构件调整至侧立状态;S3、在地连墙构件的根脚位置安装随动翻转台;S4、起吊地连墙构件远离随动翻转台的一端,随动翻转台随构件起吊过程中不同状态自动调整角度;S5、完成地连墙构件竖直吊装状态调整。本申请公开的技术方案中,增大了起吊时地连墙构件的长细比,进而提高了构件起吊过程抗变形能力;并进一步利用随动翻转台保护地连墙构件的根脚部分并有效分担吊机载荷,降低吊装回正过程中的安全风险。
