    本发明属于风电设备吊装技术领域,尤其是一种风机叶片吊装固定设备,针对现有叶片在吊装时需要多台吊机同时配合调度员不能精准的吊装配合的问题,现提出以下方案,包括起吊主机箱,所述起吊主机箱的顶部通过焊接固定有四个竖直设置的起吊环,所述起吊主机箱的两端内壁均开设有收纳侧槽孔,两个所述收纳侧槽孔的内部均设置有夹持机构本体,所述夹持机构本体包括两个夹持固定主机箱。本发明通过分别控制两个起吊电机对两个绞线盘进行收放的过程,可以使得叶片整体在重心两端位置调整倾斜的角度便于安装,在叶片需要沿轴心转动调整固定螺栓位置时,通过控制驱动电机对驱动齿轮驱动进而使得调节齿条转动。
