The invention discloses an engineering air layer drag reduction system. The engineering air layer drag reduction system comprises an air supply unit, an air injection unit and an air storage unit. The air supply unit comprises a compressor, an air bottle, an air supply main pipeline and an air supply branch pipeline; the air injection unit comprises a pressure stabilizing cavity (7), an air injection hole (8), a pressure stabilizing cavity anti-corrosion treatment device (10), a pressure stabilizing cavity water accumulation prevention device (11) and an air injection hole (8) temporary plugging device (9); the gas storage unit comprises a gas layer surrounding plate (13), a gas layer partition plate (14), a head gas layer flow guide device (15) and a tail gas layer flow guide device (16). According to the invention, the complex design of the air reservoir lease reduction system is simplified by utilizing conditions such as site, division and sequence built by a real ship structure; the process design of the air reservoir lease reduction system is optimized; the construction problem of the air reservoir lease reduction system is solved; engineering of the air reservoir rental reduction system is achieved, and a large amount of cost is saved.
