The invention relates to the technical field of ship hydrodynamic tests, in particular to a ship air layer drag reduction test observation system. According to the system, an air cavity is formed in aship model; an air outlet is arranged at the lower part of the air cavity; an air outlet of the a fan is sequentially communicated with the pressure stabilizing tank and the air cavity through pipelines; a frequency converter and the fan are connected through electric connection, a resistance meter and a fixing frame are fixed on a ship model dragging device; the resistance meter is connected with the ship model; a camera component is installed on the fixing frame. A camera of the camera component is arranged to face the ship bottom surface of the ship model; the ship model dragging device drives the resistance meter and the fixing frame to move along with the ship model; a self-propelled instrument is fixed in the ship model; the self-propelled instrument is used for testing the rotatingspeed, thrust and torque of a propeller in the ship model during self-propulsion of the ship model; the camera component is used for observing the formation and distribution conditions of the air layer at the bottom of the ship model and the influence of gas on the incoming flow field of the propeller in real time, and pool test verification of the air layer drag reduction scheme and optimizationof the drag reduction scheme can be achieved.

    本发明涉及船舶水动力学试验技术领域,尤其是一种船舶气层减阻试验测试观察系统,船模内部设有气腔,气腔下方开设出气口,风机的出风口通过管路依次和稳压罐、气腔连通,变频器和风机电连接,船模拖曳装置上固定阻力仪和固定架,阻力仪和船模相连,摄像机安装在固定架上,摄像机的摄像头朝向船模的船底面,船模拖曳装置带动阻力仪和固定架跟随船模移动,船模内固定自航仪,自航仪用于测试船模自航时船模内部螺旋桨的转速、推力和扭矩,进而得到螺旋桨推进效率,摄像机用于实时观察气层在船模底部的形成、分布情况及气体对螺旋桨来流场的影响,本发明可实现气层减阻方案的水池试验验证和减阻方案的优化。
