The invention is suitable for the technical field of railway vehicles, and provides a train reference speed calculation method, electronic equipment and a railway train, the method comprises the following steps: obtaining a first wheel set speed of each wheel set under any control unit of the train in the current period; according to the second wheel set speed of each wheel set in the previous two periods and the first wheel set speed of each wheel set in the current period, the second wheel set speed of each wheel set in the current period is determined; determining a first reference speed corresponding to the control unit in the period according to the second wheel set speed of each wheel set in the period and the operation condition of the train; and determining a second reference speed corresponding to the control unit in the current period according to the first reference speed corresponding to the control unit in the current period, the second reference speed corresponding to the control unit in the previous period and the continuous speed crossing condition of each wheel set under the control unit in the current period. The reference speed of the train can be calculated more accurately.
