The invention discloses a material transport vehicle conveying track anti-stall device which comprises a rail and a material transport vehicle arranged above the rail, the bottom of the material transport vehicle is provided with wheels which are evenly distributed, and the front face and the back face of the material transport vehicle are each provided with an anti-stall mechanism which is evenly distributed. And the anti-stall mechanism is arranged between two adjacent wheels. When the material transport vehicle stalls, the wheels can be automatically retarded, the rotating speed of the wheels is reduced, the contact between the wheels and the retarding wheels is rolling friction, and the contact between the retarding wheels and the arc-shaped friction blocks is equivalent to sliding friction, so that the abrasion of the original wheels is transferred to the retarding wheels while retarding braking is realized, and the service life of the wheels is prolonged. The anti-stall requirement of the material transport vehicle can be met by regularly replacing the retarding wheel, the wheels do not need to be replaced, operation is convenient, and meanwhile the use cost is saved.

    本发明公开了一种物料运输车输送轨道防失速装置,包括铁轨以及设置在铁轨上方的物料运输车,所述物料运输车底部设置有均匀分布的车轮,所述物料运输车正面与背面均设置有均匀分布的防失速机构,所述防失速机构设置在相邻两个车轮的中间位置。本发明可以在物料运输车失速时自动对车轮进行缓速,降低车轮的转速,车轮与缓速轮的接触为滚动摩擦,缓速轮与弧形摩擦块的接触相当于滑动摩擦,从而在实现缓速制动的同时,将原有车轮受到的磨损转移至缓速轮,定期对缓速轮进行更换即可满足物料运输车的防失速需求,不需要对车轮进行更换,操作方便的同时节约了使用成本。
