The invention discloses a noise control method and device during idle heat removal of a hybrid power engine. The noise control method comprises the steps that a vehicle control unit controls an engine controller according to the torque state of a generator; the engine controller responds to the instruction request of the vehicle control unit and controls the generator to enter a rotating speed control mode; the dual-motor controller controls the generator to enter a power generation state according to the charge state value in the rotating speed control mode; the whole vehicle controller eliminates gear knocking noise by circularly controlling the power generation state and the rotating speed control mode of the engine. According to the noise control method and the vehicle, hardware does not need to be changed or added, the working state of the engine can be automatically adjusted according to the positive and negative change of torsion of the generator P1 and the state set by a program, the generator P1 runs stably when reversely dragging the engine, knocking noise generated by back-and-forth collision of a power generation gear is eliminated, and the service life of the engine is prolonged. The driving feeling is improved, the energy consumption is low, and the cost is low.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力发动机空转取热时的噪音控制方法及装置,包括:整车控制器根据发电机扭矩状态控制发动机控制器;发动机控制器响应整车控制器的指令请求,控制发电机进入转速控制模式;双电机控制器根据转速控制模式中荷电状态值,控制发电机进入发电状态;整车控制器通过循环控制发动机的发电状态和转速控制模式,消除齿轮敲击噪声。本发明提供的噪音控制方法,车辆无需更改或增加硬件,可自动根据发电机P1的扭转正负变化,将发动机的工作状态按照程序设定的状态进行调整,使发电机P1发电机倒拖发动机时运行稳定,消除了发电齿轮对来回碰撞产生的敲击噪音,改善了驾驶感受,能源消耗低,成本低。
