The invention relates to a vehicle air suspension system and a control method of the vehicle air suspension system. Comprising a plurality of airbags; the first height sensor is used for acquiring the first height of the first side of the frame relative to the ground, and the second height sensor is used for acquiring the second height of the second side of the frame relative to the ground; the pressure sensing regulation and control module is connected with the multiple air bags and used for obtaining the air pressure of each air bag and adjusting the air pressure of each air bag; the controller is electrically connected with the pressure sensing regulation and control module, the first height sensor and the second height sensor and used for controlling the pressure sensing regulation and control module to regulate the air pressure of each air bag when the air pressure of at least one air bag is smaller than or equal to a set value, so that the height of the frame is within a second set range, and the air pressure of each air bag is equal. According to the scheme, all the air bags can be evenly stressed, the service life of all the air bags is consistent, and the service life of the air suspension system of the vehicle is prolonged.
