According to the invention, a plurality of parts are integrated on one part, so that welding spots during tailor welding can be reduced, crossed and overlapped parts during part connection are reduced, the weight of the parts is reduced, and the production process is simplified; on the basis of thermal forming, the forming temperature is reduced, carbon emission in part manufacturing is reduced, the thickness of a decarburized layer on the surface of the part is controlled, and the precision and quality of the part are improved; and the connecting parts of the two sides of the plate and other parts are integrally reinforced, so that the side collision safety of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明提供了一种一体化温成型地板横梁及其成型方法,应用于汽车零部件技术领域,包括地板横梁中段、右部加强段、左部加强段和2个翻边连接段,地板横梁中段两端分别连接至右部加强段、左部加强段,右部加强段、左部加强段外侧分别连接一个翻边连接段。本发明通过将多个零件集成到一个零件上可减少拼焊时的焊点,减少零件连接时的交叉重叠部分,减轻零部件的重量,简化生产工序;在热成型基础上降低了成型温度,降低了零件制造中的碳排放,控制了零件表面脱碳层的厚度,提高了零件的精度和质量;对板材两侧与其他零件连接部位进行了一体化加强,提高了车辆侧碰安全性。
