The present invention relates to a wind power propulsion system and a ship comprising same, the system comprising a stator, a rotor, a drive unit, and a lower bearing unit. The drive unit comprises: a drive shaft rotated by a motor; a drive gear provided on the drive shaft; a driven gear which meshes with the drive gear and rotates; a gearbox installed inside the stator, and having a first built-in driven shaft which is coupled with the driven gear to support the rotation of the driven gear; and a bearing housing connected to the first driven shaft by a coupling member, and holding a second driven shaft which delivers rotational force to a disk. The rotor comprises: a lower rotor extending inward by a predetermined length at the upper end, and provided with a first ring-shaped edge panel having a space for accommodating the disk; an upper rotor extending inward by a predetermined length at the lower end, and provided with a second ring-shaped edge panel having a space for accommodating the disk; and the coupling member for coupling the lower rotor, the upper rotor, and the disk.
