The invention discloses a seabed monitoring base station device which comprises a base station body, a first waterproof sealed cabin and a signal transmitting assembly. The base station main body is used for being fixedly arranged on a seabed, the first waterproof sealed cabin is fixedly arranged on the base station main body, and a data acquisition module is fixedly arranged in the first waterproof sealed cabin; the signal transmitting assembly is fixedly arranged on the base station main body, the signal transmitting assembly is used for being in communication connection with the data acquisition module and the external receiving module, and the signal transmitting assembly can receive the monitoring signal received by the data acquisition module and transmit the monitoring signal to the external receiving module. The seabed monitoring base station device provided by the invention is convenient for transmission and acquisition of seabed monitoring data, and can be stably placed on the seabed. The invention further provides a submarine pipeline monitoring system comprising the submarine monitoring base station device.

    本发明公开了一种海底监测基站装置,包括基站主体、第一防水密封舱、信号发射组件;基站主体用于固定置于海床,第一防水密封舱固定设置于基站主体上,第一防水密封舱内用于固定放置有数据采集模块;信号发射组件固定设置于基站主体上,信号发射组件用于与数据采集模块和外部接收模块均通讯连接,信号发射组件能够接收数据采集模块接收的监测信号并传输至外部接收模块。本发明提供的海底监测基站装置便于海底监测数据的传输获取,并能够稳定置于海底。本发明还提供一种包括上述海底监测基站装置的海底管道监测系统。
