The invention discloses an integral explosion-proof shell for an underground unmanned multifunctional vehicle, and belongs to the field of underground equipment for mines. The explosion-proof shell is in an L shape and is composed of a plurality of cavities, each cavity is defined by a vertical plate, a bottom plate, a connecting flange at the top of the vertical plate and a cover plate connected with the flange, and the adjacent cavities share the vertical plate.     本发明公开了一种井下无人多功能车用整体式防爆壳体,属于矿用井下设备领域。防爆壳体呈L形,由若干腔体组成,每个腔体均由立板、底板、在立板顶部的连接法兰、与法兰连接的盖板围合而成,相邻腔体共用立板;电机腔位于L型壳体最前端,接线腔位于电机腔上部左侧,充电腔位于电机舱上部右侧,信号转接腔位于电机腔后侧上部,电气腔位于防爆壳体中部,电池腔位于壳体后部左右并列,各腔体间电气连接采用穿墙端子连接。本装置尺寸小,重量轻,生产、维修方便;对外接线少,成本低;采用法兰对接,不发生变形,隔爆效果好。本壳体作为井下无人车的重要组成部分,兼顾骨架与防爆箱于一体,具有很好的应用前景。
