The invention provides a partially insulated high-temperature superconducting coil, a high-temperature superconducting magnet and a maglev train, the partially insulated high-temperature superconducting coil comprises a high-temperature superconducting strip and an insulating layer, the high-temperature superconducting strip is adopted to wind the coil, every n turns of high-temperature superconducting strip form a group of coils, adjacent high-temperature superconducting strips in n turns of coils in each group are not insulated, and the insulating layer is arranged between the insulating layer and the high-temperature superconducting strip. An insulating layer is arranged between each group of coils, and so on until the whole coil is wound. According to the partially-insulated high-temperature superconducting coil for the maglev train, quench self-protection is considered, meanwhile, the charging and discharging time is shortened, and the partially-insulated high-temperature superconducting coil is more suitable for the superconducting high-speed maglev train.
