The invention relates to a trackside acoustic fault diagnosis method and equipment, and aims to solve the problem that fault features are difficult to extract due to the fact that fault axle box bearing signals collected by a microphone array are easily submerged in strong impact interference and strong background noise. Therefore, based on the traditional time domain beam forming principle, the kurtosis value is used as an index I, the kurtosis value of each point source on the focusing surface is calculated, the strongest interference source signal is removed through iteration, and an updated beam forming result is obtained. Then, the energy value is used as an index 2, and correlation calculation is consistent with the above. And finally, obtaining a fault diagnosis result through envelope spectrum analysis according to the target signal after the interference source is deleted. Compared with the prior art, the method overcomes the problem that the fault diagnosis effect is poor due to the fact that the prior art is not effective for strong impact noise, is obvious in denoising effect, can accurately extract the fault features of the axle box bearing, and finally achieves the fault diagnosis of the axle box bearing.

    本发明涉及一种轨旁声学故障诊断方法和设备,由于传声器阵列采集到故障轴箱轴承信号很容易淹没在强冲击干扰与强背景噪声中,导致其故障特征提取困难。因此,基于传统时域波束形成原理,以“峭度值”作为指标一,计算聚焦面上各点源的峭度值并迭代去除最强干扰源信号,得到更新后的波束形成结果。随后,将“能量值”作为指标二,相关计算与上述一致。最后,根据删除干扰源后的目标信号,并通过包络谱分析获取故障诊断结果。与现有技术相比,本发明克服了现有技术对强冲击性噪声不奏效而导致故障诊断效果差的问题,去噪效果明显,且能准确提取轴箱轴承故障特征,最终实现轴箱轴承故障诊断。
