The invention relates to an atmospheric turbulence simulation device, and belongs to the field of wind tunnel tests. Comprising blades, a rotating shaft, an upper angular contact ball bearing, a lower angular contact ball bearing, a force bearing base and a driving motor, the force bearing base is of a hollow structure in the axial direction, the rotating shaft penetrates through an inner cavity of the force bearing base, an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the lower end of the rotating shaft, and the upper end of the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the blades; an upper angular contact ball bearing and a lower angular contact ball bearing are sleeved at the upper end and the lower end of the middle equal straight section of the rotating shaft respectively, the lower end face of an outer ring of the lower angular contact ball bearing is in close contact with a step of an inner cavity of the force bearing base, and the upper end face of an outer ring of the upper angular contact ball bearing is in close fixed connection with the upper end face of the force bearing base through a flange. According to the device, the number of intermediate transmission links is small, the transmission error is reduced, the control precision is improved, the blade can be continuously and stably controlled, and reliable test equipment is provided for a wind tunnel test.

    本发明涉及一种大气紊流模拟装置,属于风洞试验领域。包括叶片、转轴、上部角接触球轴承、下部角接触球轴承、承力基座和驱动电机,承力基座沿轴向其内部为中空结构,转轴贯穿于承力基座的内腔,驱动电机的输出轴与转轴下端连接,转轴的上端与叶片固定连接,转轴的中间等直段的上、下端分别套有上部角接触球轴承和下部角接触球轴承,下部角接触球轴承的外环下端面与承力基座内腔的台阶紧密接触,上部角接触球轴承的外环上端面通过法兰与承力基座上端面紧密固定连接。本发明的装置中间传动环节少,减小了传动误差,提高了控制精度,能够对叶片进行连续稳定控制,为风洞试验提供了可靠的试验设备。
