The invention discloses a novel latent jacking type transfer robot. The novel latent jacking type transfer robot comprises a jacking mechanism, a driving assembly and a driven assembly. In the jacking mechanism, a cam jacking design scheme is adopted, compared with traditional lead screw jacking or connecting rod jacking and other structural design modes, the structure is compact and reasonable, the occupied space is small, the higher freedom degree is achieved in the aspect of space design, the height of the jacking mechanism after contraction is low, and therefore the overall height of the transfer robot can be reduced. In addition, in the driving assembly, the design scheme that the servo motor and the speed reducer are parallel is adopted, compared with the mode that the servo motor and the speed reducer are coaxially arranged (namely, the servo motor and the speed reducer are directly connected), the space occupied by the transfer robot in the horizontal direction can be remarkably reduced, and therefore the width of the transfer robot is remarkably shortened. In addition, in the driven assembly, a swing arm type suspension scheme is adopted, compared with a traditional independent suspension structure and the like, the space occupied by the transfer robot in the vertical direction can be reduced, and therefore the overall height of the transfer robot can be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种新型潜伏顶升式搬运机器人,其包括顶升机构、驱动组件和从动组件。在顶升机构中,采用凸轮顶升设计方案,相较于传统丝杆顶升或连杆顶升等结构设计方式,结构紧凑合理,对空间占用较小,在空间设计上具有更高的自由度,且顶升机构收缩后的高度较低,从而有利于降低搬运机器人的整体高度。在驱动组件中,采用伺服电机和减速器平行设计方案,相较于将伺服电机和减速器同轴设置(也即二者直连),可显著降低对搬运机器人在水平方向上的空间占用,从而显著缩短搬运机器人的宽度。在从动组件中,采用摆臂式悬挂方案,相较于传统独立式等悬挂结构,可降低对搬运机器人在竖直方向上的空间占用,从而有利于降低搬运机器人的整体高度。
