The invention relates to the field of hoisting construction of tower crowns of super high-rise buildings, in particular to hoisting equipment and a hoisting method for curtain walls at tower crown parts of super high-rise buildings. The hoisting equipment comprises a platform mechanism, a supporting mechanism, a counterweight mechanism, a hoisting mechanism and a control system, the platform mechanism is slidably mounted on the guide rail system; a supporting mechanism is mounted on the platform mechanism, a counterweight mechanism is fixedly connected to one side of the supporting mechanism, and a hoisting mechanism is arranged on the other side of the supporting mechanism; the hoisting mechanism is in communication connection with the control system; a traditional tower crane hoisting and track hoist hoisting mode is replaced, curtain wall hoisting equipment is arranged on a guide rail system of the top layer of a tower crown in a sliding mode, so that the all-directional movable hoisting requirement is met, the hoisting length of the hoisting mechanism connected with the supporting mechanism adapts to a building structure, meanwhile, axial displacement adjustment can be achieved, operation is flexible, and cost is low. And multiple groups of hoisting equipment can be arranged to meet the actual hoisting requirements and accelerate the construction progress.

    本发明涉及超高层建筑塔冠吊装施工领域,尤其是涉及一种超高层建筑塔冠部位幕墙吊装设备及吊装方法。吊装设备包括平台机构、支撑机构、配重机构、吊装机构和控制系统;平台机构滑动安装于导轨系统上;平台机构上安装有支撑机构,支撑机构的一侧固定连接有配重机构,支撑机构的另一侧设置有吊装机构;吊装机构与控制系统通信连接;代替传统的塔吊吊装与轨道葫芦吊装方式,幕墙吊装设备滑动设置在塔冠顶层的导轨系统上,从而实现全方位的移动吊装需求,支撑机构连接的吊装机构的吊装长适应楼体结构,同时可以实现轴向位移的调整,操作灵活,可布置多组吊装设备,以满足实际吊装需求,加快施工进度。
