The take-off and return storage box is characterized by comprising a box body, a lifting device, limiting foam and a vehicle body charging line, the box body comprises an upper box body and a lower box body; the lifting device is mounted in the middle of the lower box body; the limiting foam is mounted on the outer side of the lifting device; the machine body charging wire is installed on the upper right portion of the limiting foam. The right side of the lower box body is provided with a first charging interface, and the first charging interface is connected with the machine body charging wire. The unmanned aerial vehicle can be lifted, the unmanned aerial vehicle can directly take off during lifting, and the lifting device is provided with a two-dimensional code so that accurate positioning return flight can be achieved.
