When the hydraulic action cylinder acts to drive the rocker arm body to control the opening and closing of the undercarriage cabin door, the fan-shaped block is in contact with the balls, so that the rotating resistance is reduced, the pressure resistance of the rocker arm body is enhanced by arranging the pressure-resistant mechanism, and the service life of the rocker arm body is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种基于增材制造技术的新型舱门摇臂,涉及到舱门摇臂技术领域,包括摇臂本体,摇臂本体包括双耳片,摇臂本体上表面的左侧开设有摇臂凹槽,两个双耳片的相对一侧表面均开设有开孔,两个开孔的内壁共同安装有转轴,转轴的表面开设有滑槽,滑槽的内壁滑动安装有滑块,滑块的上表面安装有套块,套块的外侧设置有液压动作筒,液压动作筒包括液压伸缩杆,液压伸缩杆的输出端与套块的表面固定。本发明可以在液压动作筒进行动作带动摇臂本体控制起落架舱门进行开启和关闭的时候,使扇形块与多个滚珠接触,减少了转动阻力,并且设置抗压机构加强了摇臂本体的抗压性,提高了摇臂本体的使用寿命。
