The invention provides a gear switching method and device based on an EPB state, electronic equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps that a signal that a vehicle needs to be parked is obtained; a parking instruction is sent to the EPB; obtaining the state of the EPB in a target time period; when it is obtained that the state of the EPB is a parking state, the gear is switched to a P gear; and when it is obtained that the state of the EPB in the target time period is the non-parking state all the time, the gear is switched to the N gear. According to the method provided by the invention, after the parking instruction is sent to the EPB, and then the current state of the EPB is obtained, so that the EPB cannot display the P gear when the EPB is not parked, and the risk that the vehicle slides on a slope due to the fact that a driver directly gets off the vehicle or loosens a brake pedal when considering that the vehicle is in a safe state after manually engaging the P gear can be effectively prevented. The N gear can warn the driver that the vehicle can still move at the moment, and then the parking safety of the driver is improved.

    本发明提供了一种基于EPB状态的档位切换方法、装置、电子设备及存储介质,方法包括以下步骤:获取车辆需要进行驻车的信号;向EPB发送驻车指令;获取所述EPB在目标时间段内的状态;当获取到所述EPB的状态为驻车状态时,将档位切换为P挡;当获取到所述EPB在目标时间段内的状态始终为非驻车状态时,将档位切换为N挡。通过本发明提供的方法,向EPB发出驻车指令后,然后通过获取EPB的当前状态,因而使得EPB未驻车不能显示P挡,可以有效防止驾驶员手动挂P挡后,认为车辆状态安全直接下车或松开制动踏板,致使车辆发生溜坡等风险。N挡可以警示驾驶员此时车辆仍可以移动,进而提高驾驶员停车的安全性。
