The invention discloses a mixed-match battery pack balancing method, system and device and a vehicle thereof.The method comprises the steps that different working conditions of a mixed-match battery pack are determined based on SOC-OCV curves of a lithium iron phosphate battery system and a ternary lithium ion battery system, inconsistency is recognized, initial to-be-balanced capacities of different battery systems are calculated, and the initial to-be-balanced capacities of different battery systems are calculated; and according to different working conditions of the mix-match battery pack, iterative calculation of to-be-equalized time under different confidence coefficients is carried out, equalization operation is carried out on the batteries of the mix-match battery pack according to the to-be-equalized time, and the to-be-equalized capacity of the mix-match batteries is updated in real time. According to the method, the problem of realizing the consistency of the two batteries is solved, the batteries have relatively high available energy in the whole life cycle, and by setting various characteristic working conditions, the identification probability and accuracy of the inconsistency of the batteries of different systems of the mix-match battery pack are improved; and over-equalization or insufficient equalization caused by inaccurate identification of inconsistency of the batteries under a single working condition is prevented.

    本发明公开了一种混搭电池包均衡方法、均衡系统、装置及其车辆,方法步骤包括:基于磷酸铁锂电池体系和三元锂离子电池体系的SOC‑OCV曲线,确定混搭电池包所处的不同工况,识别不一致性,对不同电池体系的初始待均衡容量进行计算,根据混搭电池包的不同工况,进行不同置信度下的待均衡时间迭代计算,根据待均衡时间对混搭电池包的电池进行均衡操作,并实时更新混搭电池的待均衡容量。本发明解决了两种电池实现一致性的问题,使电池全生命周期中都具备较高的可用能量,通过多种特征工况的设定,提高了混搭电池包不同体系电池不一致性的识别几率和准确性,防止单一工况电池不一致性识别不准导致过均衡或均衡不足。
