A liquid-cooled high-voltage connector provided by the present invention comprises a plug shell, and a liquid-cooled pipe and a liquid-cooled cable which penetrate out of the plug shell, the liquid-cooled pipe extends along the length direction of the liquid-cooled cable, the liquid-cooled cable is internally provided with a cooling liquid flow channel, the plug shell is internally provided with a liquid-cooled box body, the liquid-cooled box body is internally provided with a liquid-cooled pipe, and the liquid-cooled pipe extends along the length direction of the liquid-cooled cable. The liquid cooling box body is respectively connected with the liquid cooling pipe and the cooling liquid flow channel, and the liquid cooling pipe, the liquid cooling box body and the cooling liquid flow channel form a loop for circulating flow of cooling liquid. The liquid cooling box body is made of the hollow high-thermal-conductivity insulating material, heat generated by the welding surface and the cable conductor is taken away through the tightly-contacted heat conduction surface, and then the heat is taken away by the cooling liquid in the liquid cooling box body through heat exchange, so that temperature rise caused by high-power electric connection charging is reduced, and the cooling efficiency is effectively improved.

    本发明提供了一种液冷高压连接器,包括插头壳体及从插头壳体内穿出的液冷管和液冷电缆,所述液冷管沿所述液冷电缆的长度方向延伸,所述液冷电缆内设置有冷却液流道,所述插头壳体内设置有液冷箱体,所述液冷箱体分别连接液冷管和冷却液流道,所述液冷管、液冷箱体、冷却液流道形成供冷却液循环流动的回路。本发明的液冷箱体由中空式高导热绝缘材料制成,通过紧密接触的导热面带走焊接面及电缆导体的发热热量,再通过热交换被液冷箱体内的冷却液带走热量,降低因大功率电连接充电引起的温升,有效的提高了冷却效率。
