The invention discloses a motor load reduction control system for an electric vehicle. The motor load reduction control system comprises an accelerator position sensor, a vehicle control unit, a motor controller and a motor. The accelerator position sensor generates an accelerator signal. The vehicle control unit is connected with the accelerator position sensor and comprises an analog/digital converter and a processing unit. The analog/digital converter is connected with and receives the accelerator signal and converts the accelerator signal into a digital control signal. The processing unit is connected with the analog/digital converter and the motor controller and receives the digital control signal. The motor controller is connected with the whole vehicle controller through a signal line and connected with the whole vehicle controller through a data busbar. The motor is connected with a motor connecting end of the motor controller, the vehicle control unit transmits a digital control signal to the motor controller through the data bus bar, and when the data bus bar is in an abnormal state, the accelerator signal is converted into a load reduction control signal, and the load reduction control signal is transmitted to the motor controller so as to control the motor to operate.

    本发明公开一种电动车马达降载控制系统,包含油门位置感知器、整车控制器、马达控制器以及马达。油门位置感知器产生油门讯号。整车控制器连接油门位置感知器,包含类比/数位转换器及处理单元。类比/数位转换器连接接收油门讯号,并转换油门讯号为数位控制讯号。处理单元连接类比/数位转换器与马达控制器,并接收数位控制讯号。马达控制器通过讯号线连接整车控制器,以及通过资料汇流排连接整车控制器。马达连接马达控制器的马达连接端,其中,整车控制器借由资料汇流排传送数位控制讯号给马达控制器,并于当资料汇流排发生异常状态时,转换油门讯号为降载控制讯号,并传送降载控制讯号到马达控制器,以控制马达运转。
