The invention relates to a magnetic suspension battery fixing device, a control method and a vehicle, the fixing device comprises a power battery, a vehicle body, a top end detector, a rear end door and a plurality of magnetic suspension mechanisms arranged around the power battery; the power battery is arranged below the vehicle body, and permanent magnets are arranged on the front portion, the rear portion, the bottom, the left portion and the right portion of the vehicle body. The top end detector is arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body and at the upper end of the power battery and used for detecting the position height of the power battery and sending height information to the control unit; the rear end door is composed of two parts, and the two parts can be controlled by the control unit to be separated, so that the power battery is pushed in from the outside; the multiple magnetic suspension mechanisms can form a closed space capable of containing a power battery, supply power to the whole vehicle and are controlled by the control unit to generate an electromagnetic field. The magnetic suspension mechanism and the rear end door are electromagnets. The power battery is fixed only through magnetic suspension and is not affected by hard constraint, and the power battery can be quickly separated from the automobile after thermal runaway.

    本发明涉及一种磁悬浮电池固定装置、控制方法及车辆,固定装置,包括动力电池、车身、顶端探测、后端门及布置在动力电池周围的多个磁悬浮机构;动力电池布置在车身的下方,其前、后、底、左及右部均布置有永磁铁;顶端探测布置在车身底部,动力电池上端,用于检测动力电池的位置高度,并将高度信息发送至控制单元;后端门由两部分构成,两部分可由控制单元控制分离,使动力电池从外部推入;多个磁悬浮机构能够构成可容纳动力电池的封闭空间,多个磁悬浮机构均为整车供电,并由控制单元控制产生电磁场;所述磁悬浮机构和后端门均为电磁铁。本发明仅通过磁悬浮实现动力电池的固定,不受硬约束影响,而且,动力电池发生热失控之后可快速与汽车脱离。
