The invention relates to a control method and device of a sun shield, a storage medium and the sun shield. The sun shield comprises a sun shield body with the light transmittance adjustable, and the control method of the sun shield comprises the following steps that according to the current working mode of the sun shield, corresponding illumination parameters are obtained; and according to the illumination parameters, the light transmittance of the sun shield body is adjusted. According to the sun visor, the illumination parameters corresponding to the current working mode are sensed through the sensing device, then the shading rate of the sun visor body is adjusted through the illumination parameters sensed by the sensing device through the control device, and therefore the sun visor can be automatically adjusted in real time, and the influence of manual adjustment of a driver on driving is reduced. According to the method and the device, multiple working modes are preset in the sun shield, and each working mode corresponds to different illumination parameter settings, so that the adjustment of the light transmittance of the sun shield main body is more targeted and more accurate.
