The invention discloses a suspension actuator, which comprises an outer cylinder body, an inner cylinder body, an inner cylinder body, an inner cylinder body and an outer cylinder body, and is characterized in that the first end is open and the second end is closed; the inner cylinder body extends into the outer cylinder body from the first end of the outer cylinder body, the inner cylinder body is connected with the outer cylinder body in a sealed mode, and the inner cylinder body is in axial sliding fit with the outer cylinder body; the liquid-liquid isolation floating piston is arranged in the outer cylinder body; the gas-liquid isolation floating piston and the damping valve are arranged in the inner cylinder body; the air cavity is arranged in the inner cylinder body; the damping cavity is defined by the liquid-liquid isolation floating piston, the inner cylinder body, the outer cylinder body and the gas-liquid isolation floating piston; a cable of the damping valve penetrates through the hollow guide rod to be led out. The vehicle active suspension system comprises a control unit, a suspension height sensor, a vibration sensing unit, a hydraulic system and a suspension actuator. According to the control method, the control unit adjusts the damping and the length of the suspension actuator after calculating the feedback signal. The trafficability and the vibration reduction effect of the vehicle can be improved.

    本发明公开一种悬架作动器,包括:外缸体,外缸体的第一端开口、第二端闭口;内缸体,内缸体由外缸体的第一端伸入外缸体内,内缸体与外缸体密封连接,且内缸体与外缸体轴向滑动配合;设置在外缸体中的液‑液隔离浮动活塞;设置在内缸体中的气‑液隔离浮动活塞和阻尼阀;设置在内缸体中的气腔;阻尼腔,阻尼腔由液‑液隔离浮动活塞、内缸体、外缸体和气‑液隔离浮动活塞围成;设置在外缸体中的液压腔,阻尼阀的线缆穿过中空导杆引出。车辆主动悬架系统包括控制单元、悬架高度传感器、振动感知单元、液压系统和悬架作动器。控制方法:控制单元对反馈信号运算后调节悬架作动器的阻尼和长度。本发明能够提高车辆的通过性能和减振效果。
